He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. Our over reactive 2+ year old GS was a good family dog but hard to walk and harder to walk around.  If someone came to the door it was impossible to control him.  Reflections off the ceiling would drive him insane.  After 30 days with Chris he’s a different dog.  When I cook he goes to is place.  On walks he heals lays down and looks to me for direction. The FedEx delivery guy even commented on what a well trained dog I have.  Talk to Chris, he sized up our Titus immediately.  No grand promises, no hard sell.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We sent our 8-month-old GSP, Otto, to Chris’s 4-week board and train. We missed him but knew he was in great hands. It turned out to be the best decision we’ve ever made.  Before training, Otto dragged us on walks, didn’t listen, was scared of neighborhood kids, and was a counter surfer. We were even nervous to let him field train for hunting off-leash.  He came back a whole new obedient, confident dog but still the same loving boy. Watching him calmly interact with Chris’s young son during our “people” session was heartwarming and such a relief.  Whether we’re hiking, field training for hunting or just walking the neighborhood, Otto is a joy to show off.  Chris is amazing! We cannot recommend him and his program enough. I’ll be honest - I had some hesitations about sending my 6-month-old puppy, Sandy (collie/lab/shepherd mix), to a 3-week board and train program. But from the start, Chris answered all of my questions with confidence and experience, which immediately put me at ease.

Sandy absolutely loved her time there (I’m pretty sure she’s sad to be home from “summer camp” 😂). Chris kept me updated, even sending pictures of her being such a good girl during training, and I could see how much she trusted and enjoyed working with him.

Aggressive in our home when others were near me and he was a difficult to walk.  He’s a dream now.  He understands “place”, “heal”, and “your free”.  Most dogs are food motivated and Lance was having none of it.  Eventually, the training clicked and I’m so happy with the outcome.  Thank you Chris and team. He is now easy to walk (My 6 year old daughter holds the leash when we walk him), I can now take him anywhere, and he continues to get better as I work with him at home. Chris is a pro and listened to my goals and expectations and took the time to explain the reasoning behind the why and how of his program.
